Meet the founder
I went looking for something that could help me meet the day with a little more calm and capacity.
Something gentle.
Something easy to reach for.
Something that helped soften the edges without taking me away from the moments that mattered.
Because I knew I couldn't be the only parent craving a little more steadiness.
It's not a dramatic change. It's a quiet one.
Your shoulders soften. Your jaw unclenches. You take a deep breath. And somehow, the day feels a little lighter.
I discovered L-theanine during motherhood, and it quietly became part of the small rituals that helped me feel more like myself in the middle of it. As I kept looking for an option that felt designed for parents, I kept coming up short. Most products were drinks that took too long, or capsules that felt clinical and just another thing to add to my already overflowing list. So I decided to create the one I wished existed.
So I set out to build something that actually fit into a parent's life. No mixing, no measuring. Just one small, delicious pause.
That's when I realised there had to be a better way.
We created a genuinely enjoyable L-theanine gummy. L-theanine has been studied for its ability to support alpha brain waves (the calm, focused brain state linked to meditation). The perfect small ritual for a quieter moment.
