Shipping within Australia

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. We're working on bringing Pause to more places. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment we ship to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

30-day happiness guarantee

If Pause isn't right for you, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll offer a refund or exchange, even on opened jars. We want you to feel good about every part of this.

For hygiene reasons we can't resell returned products. Please email us first at hello@themodernvillage.co so we can process your return without you having to post anything back.

Damaged or missing orders

If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, send us a photo and your order number within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
