About these terms
These terms apply when you visit themodernvillage.co or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If something here doesn't sit right, please don't use the site.
Who we are
The Modern Village is an Australian-based wellness brand. You can reach us at hello@themodernvillage.co.
Orders & payment
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance once we've taken payment and sent your order confirmation. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew at the cadence you choose until you pause or cancel. You can manage your subscription from your account at any time. Changes made before your next billing date take effect on that order. We'll always email you before a renewal ships.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Our shipping, returns and refund policies are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.
Use of our products
Pause is a wellness supplement, not a medicine. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, please talk to your doctor before use. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Our content
All site content: words, images, brand marks belongs to The Modern Village or our partners. You're welcome to enjoy and share it, but please don't copy or use it commercially without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version. Significant changes will be flagged at the top of the page.
