Pause is a raspberry-lemon L-theanine gummy created with the realities of modern parenthood in mind. Each three-gummy serve provides 150 mg of L-theanine.
How to take it
Take three gummies daily, with or without food. Do not exceed four gummies per day.
Ingredients & important information
Active ingredients per three-gummy serve: 150 mg L-theanine and 120 mg magnesium glycinate.
Other ingredients: glucose syrup, cane sugar, purified water, pectin, natural raspberry and lemon flavours, citric acid, natural colour (from fruit and vegetable concentrate).
Allergens: formulated without gluten, dairy, nuts or soy. Manufactured in a facility that also handles milk and soy. Contains no gelatin, no artificial colours or flavours, no melatonin or sedatives.
Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. This product is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate exercise program. Excess consumption may have a laxative effect.
